Class Schedule: Our real estate class kicks off on June 3rd at our Madison Huntsville office. The class meets Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. over a five-week period. The schedule includes a break during the week of July 4th to celebrate Independence Day, resuming the week of July 8th. So, while the course spans six weeks, it consists of five weeks of instructional time.
60-Hour Pre-License Course: This essential 60-hour pre-license course is approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Since 2015, we have been a licensed instructor with AREC, ensuring that our curriculum meets all state requirements. Completing this course prepares you to sit for the Alabama Real Estate Exam.
Passing Requirements: To proceed, you must pass our course, which we ensure with a strong support system and high success rates. You need to score at least 80% in our class, which is designed to more than prepare you for the state exam. For the Alabama Real Estate Exam, you need to score 70% or above to pass and become eligible to activate your license with a broker.
